HISTORY
My long professional working experience can be summarized through many techinal project activities, production management, coordinating of different kind of firms; all of this activities had been distinguished by high technological contents and innovation always serving for the most important concerns, in details: From 1966 to 1975 technical employee for SASS (Machine Tool Construction), whom is actually part of COMAU group; for OSU (aeronautics mechanical manufacture of precision) situated in Borgaretto (TO); the Meccanica Piemonte and the SAFO situated in Turin, PMI (small and medium enterprises) operating on planning and precision mechanical construction, equipments, automations and sheet metal's mould.
From 1976 independent worker with the F.lli De Carlo, starting plant design activities, mechanical manufacture, planning and construction of equipments, mould's automotive components, domestic (electrical) appliances, industrials. Some of the most important acquired firm are: Gruppo PIANELLI & TRAVERSA (industrial automations), TAURING GROUP SpA, PIRELLI SpA (Equipments for wheel manufacture), ITALSIDER, Gruppo ELCAT SpA e SICAM SpA (Cars seats and other components), TRW, ITCA Group, ILCAS, PININFARINA, FERRARI, (cars's coachworks), CARELLO SpA, ALTISSIMO, IAO Group, FISPA ULMA, ITT, WAY ASSAUTO, CORTUBI SpA (cars's components), MAGNETI MARELLI Group, ZAMET SpA, OLM (mechanical and aeronautics's working), and many others in similar sectors.
In 1980 constructor designer of "macchina foratrice multipla a tavola rotante, per ugelli di verniciatura a spruzzo con angoli e diametri variabili da 0.5 a 1.5 mm". In 1982 possessor of patent "Tranciatrice Rotativa per lamierati a lavorazione continua", exhibited at S.FOR.TEC. in Torino Esposizioni; starting up of technical office PRO.TE.C. (Planning Technical Construction). In 1984 designer and constructor of mould and technological particulars for "crosspiece" and "plain" of pallets for ITALSIDER group. In 1985 small businessman in the industry business with OMD sas, (mechanical workshop De Carlo) whom operating in design and planning industrial automations, progressive mould and transfer, metal minute and equipment of precision. From 1986 to 2000 founding president of TORINO EXPORT CCST, coordinating of promotional picture, marketing management, international delegation of nearly 150 associated firms.
In 1987 constructor designer of equipment for moulding and production of "Basin Filter for Alfa Romeo 164". From 1987 to 2000 collaborator and designer of prototypes for Eng. Luigi Carboni (in collaboration with CNR and Politecnico di Torino) on researches and experimentation projects. In 1987 constructor designer for SOLFER COMPONENTI SpA di Perugia (cars and motocycles's components).
In 1988/89 constructor designer of series's and progressive production's equipment, for a particular in valve's covers of Mercedes S Series, for an important German's firm using innovative solutions. In 1990 patent's holder "new watch strap for wristwatchs" in watchmaking's sector in collaboration with Arch. Chevalley and the Chatlain of Geneve, with successive production of style's articles.
In 1992 starting of POLITECNO srl (Maschito-Pz, in the South of Italy), with developing programs in technologies in the South area, planning and constructing of cars's equipments and moulds for Bending Tooling of Turin. For ILCA, design of components for cars's seats and coachwork. In 1994 constructor designer of prototypes and mould for Peugeot, executed for the group IAO/PININFARINA. In 1995 collaboration with OLM srl of Turin and ATLAS COOPCO (Belgium) for planning and constructions of "Test Pressure's Machine".
In 1997 collaboration with Eng. Le Moen, Mongarli, for planning, designing and constructions of prototypes's equipements on the patent "hygienic reed's cans". From 1997 to 2001 collaborator with Nuova OLM Srl in organization and production, departments's lay out, logistics and starting production's control. Constructor designer of modular system "sphere linear guidance for ROLLON".In 2001 and 2002 technical consulting for TC srl Tecnologie Integrate, developing Alfa Romeo's rein and Bmw coachwork's cars. In 2003 holder of "DVS SYSTEM" SEAT BELT FOR VEHICLES'S SYSTEM patent, actually being investigated and developed. In 2004 starting of researches and planning on DVS - ABI (motor vehicle - double wheel). In 2006 starting of researches and planning on DVS - ADV - FAC (vertical take-off aircrafts, constant arrangement fusillage), AGV (changeable geometry aircrafts).
Actually to be in a position to operate in these production's sectors:
1) Projects's planning and design of products with respectives equipments, drafting of lay out, detailed estimate, product's development, times and methods of production.
2) Constructor designer in CAD for "sheet metal's moulds", technical assistance.
3) Coordinate planning and designing of moulds, metal and plastic particulars, mechanic equipments, special machines, industrial automation and robotics.
4) Coordinating and technical direction of manufactures and mechanical constructions, moulds printing and assembly, direction and technical assistance of activities, qualitative check and production's start up.
5) Patents's holder, prototypes's studies, researching and experimentations for innovative patents.
6) Firms's marketing, market's sales promotions.
